Vendor Application Process

To become a vendor at Conejo Valley Days:

• Download the application.
• Complete the application with all necessary details and initial.
  Submit your application and insurance certificate by email to: conejovalleydayscarnival@gmail.com
• Submit Payment (see details below)

Note: The application itself does NOT guarantee your admission. Please ensure to fill everything out completely. This is for exhibition or merchant vendors. For information on becoming a FOOD vendor, please inquire by emailing conejovalleydayscarnival@gmail.com. Deadline for any vendor selling food is April 1, 2026. If you wish to sell open food or pre packaged food, you must also submit TFF form for Ventura County Environmental Health Department.

Vendor Requirements

• A Western theme presentation is required for both booth décor and vendor attire.
• Deadline: Don’t miss out! All application materials must be returned no later than June 1, 2026.
• Payment: Submit your full payment check alongside your signed and initialed Vendor Application. Online payments are also accepted with a 3% processing fee. Payment does not confirm your spot. Please get approval before submitting payment!

Insurance Requirement

Proof of Insurance: All concessionaires and exhibitors need to provide evidence of general liability insurance. If you wish to purchase liability through Conejo Valley Days, please see page 3 of vendor form.
